Welcome

Building Hope. Transforming Lives.

Together we can create a permanent home of compassion and opportunity for struggling families throughout Haines City and Eastern Polk County.

For many families, one unexpected setback—a job loss, medical emergency, rising rent, or food insecurity—can begin a cycle of hardship. The SVDP St. Ann Conference Community Outreach Center (Community Outreach Center) will provide food assistance, healthcare services, educational opportunities, employment support, and caring guidance under one roof, helping neighbors move from crisis toward stability and hope.
